As an appetizer – use 12″ flour tortills. Spread a layer of the Southwest Chipotle Cheese Spread all over the tortilla (all the way to the edges). Roll it up like a jelly roll, cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator, cut each “log” into 1/2″ sections. Serve to your friends with Salsa to dip in. You’ll see the smiles on their faces……delicious.                      Jane F., Irmo SC (Friarsgate Bi-Lo)

Chipotle Stuffed Hamburgers

2 lb of Ground Chuck or Round
1 container Tonya’s Southwest Chipotle Cheese Spread
Montreal  Steak Seasoning

Shape beef mixture into 12 (4 inch patties). Press an indentation in the middle of 6  patties. Place 2 tablespoon of the Chipotle Cheese Spread in the indentation you made. Top with the remaining 6 beef patties, pressing the edges to seal. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to 6 hours.  Preheat the grill to 350-400 degrees (medium high heat).  Sprinkle each pattie with the steak seasong. Grill the patties, with the grill lid down 6-7 minute on each side. Make sure the beef is no longer pink. Place on the buns of your choice and get ready for an incredible experience!!        Compliments of Clara T. Beaufort, SC

Chipotle Fish Tacos -  Bake Sea Cuisine Tortilla Tilapia according to the pack instructions. You can get this product in the Seafood area at your local Bi-Lo. Once cooked, slice the filet in long thin pieces.  Use either a wide taco or flour tortilla. Spread a layer of  Tonya’s Southwest Chipotle Gourmet Cheese Spread as a bottom layer.  Add shredded lettuce and tomato and you’ve got a great  new idea!!  Enjoy.
