Pop-Up Jello Salad
3 cups boiling water
1 cup Pineapple juice (save juice from crushed pineapple & add water to make 1 cup
Mix Jello with the water and juice, set aside to cool (Do Not Refrigerate)
Topping Mixture
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
5 tablespoons Miracle Whip
1 Can (No. #2) crushed pineapple (drain & save juice)
½ bag mini marshmallows
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 reg size container of Cool Whip
Mix cream cheese & Miracle whip together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Grease a 9×13 pan with miracle whip. Spread topping mixture in bottom of the pan. Pour jello on top. Let set several hours, preferably overnight in the frig.
Topping pops up through the Jello. NOTE: Jello should not be too cold when you pour it over the mixture, in fact is can be warm when you pour it.
