Unusual Potato Soup
4 cups Chicken Broth
4 cups frozen Hash browns (Ore Ida cubed)
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 - 8 oz. container of Tonya’s Smokey Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Spread
Combine broth, potatoes, onion and spices. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Smash a few of the potatoes to release the starch for thickening. Reduce to low heat. Add cheese spread. Continue stirring frequently until cheese melts. Caroline A. Simpsonville, SC.

The Best Grilled Hamburgers!!! Get 2 lbs of ground chuck or ground round. Completely mix 1 container of the Tonya’s Feta-Greek Cheese Spread with the hamburger. Mix well. Make patties and grill……..Incredible. Thomas, West Columbia Bi-Lo
Stuffed Chicken Breasts – Make a pocket into the side of a boneless chicken breast. Place about 2 tablespoons of the Tonya’s Feta-Greek Gourmet Cheese Spread (depending how large the chicken breast is) into the pocket. Then place 1 strip of fried/drained of bacon. Secure the opening with a tootpick, to help keep the cheese from oozing out. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes. Very good and easy!! Sarah B. Chapin SC
Pork Chops- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. (165 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish. Fry, drain and crumble 4 slices of bacon. Mix with 1 container of Tonya’s Feta-Greek Cheese Spread and divide into 4 portions. Form each into a ball shape (easy to handle). Place eachone into a pocket of a thick butterfly pork chop, and secure the opening with a toothpick. Season each chop with garlic salt and pepper. Place in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes (or it may take a little long depending on the thickness of the chops.) Garnish with fresh parsley and serve. Betty M form the Bi-Lo at Forum Drive (Village of Sandhills, Columbia SC)
Grilled Jalapeno Feta Poppers – Try this appetizer. Use fresh whole jalapenos. Slice only partially though one side, lengthwise. (Make sure you remove all the seeds and webbing). Stuff with Tonya’s Feta Greed Cheese Spread. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around the pepper. (Before you wrap the pepper, separate the bacon strips and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes on high….just enough to give it a head start in being cooked). Brush a light coating of olive oil on the pepper after you wrap your bacon piece. You might want to use a toothpick to secure the bacon on the pepper. Place on your grill and cook (you might want to use a piece of foil to cook on – prevents any mess.) Turning frequently, until the bacon is crisp. Let them sit for about 5 mintes, then serve. Matthew Baker, St Andrew Bi-Lo
Filet Mignon – Get a filet and slice it all the way through, horizontially. Spread a layer of Tonya’s Feta-Greek Cheese Spread. Wrap a stip of bacon around the steak then grillit…..It can’t get any easier than this!! Stephen G, Forum Drive Bi-Lo (Columbia, SC)
Cool Summer Salad- Cook thin spaghetti noodles per box instructions. Drain the noodles, but while they are still hot, add one container of Tonya’s Feta-Greek and mix well. Then add diced fresh tomatoes and a can of artichoke hearts. E. Patrick, Irmo SC
Flank Steak (Skirt Steak) – Spread a layer of Tonya’s Feta-Greek all over the steak. Roll up like a jelly roll and secure with cooking twine. Bake uncovered ina 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Very delicious. Wesley F. Bylthewood SC (Village of Sandhills Bi-Lo)
